Parsley Box are a much loved regular client of ours, and being given a brief to create an film that emotionally resonates was such a pleasure. 

We pitched 3 scripts to Parsley Box, all of which landed but this one, Quality Time, really sung in the clients hearts. Being brand response, we had a bit more room in the script for character and narrative development, which made all the difference. 

The concept uses out of copyright song When You're Smilin', which we rerecorded with composer Tomas Wolstenholme. It was a bit of a hit with the older target audience – their phonelines were flooded with people asking "Where can I get hold of this version of the song?!" 

We worked with director Lauren Midwinter to bring this narrative to life, and once the scripts were signed off I was along for the ride, consulting creatively through production and post.
